Mendapat "Beasiswa" dari Google Adsense & Blog (4)
Beasiswa di era IT ini ternyata tidak harus datang dari ICCR (Indian Council for Cultural Relation) India, Ford Foundation AS, STUNED Belanda, ADS Australia, Monbukagakusho Jepang, AMINEF Amerika, Chevening Inggris, dll. Ia bisa juga datang dari Google. Lho, lha kok bisa? Apa iya? Tenane? Gimana toh caranya? Begini lho:
(1) Daftar di http://google.com/adsense. Ikuti petunjuknya;
Sistem Kerja Google Adsense
Besarnya bervariasi, tergantung iklannya.
Contoh Big Earner, a case studies
Blog siapa yg tercatat mendapat pendapatan besar?

Di dalam bukunya yang berjudul How Read A Book, kedua orang ini memperkenalkan bagaimana prosedur membaca buku yang baik;
***
Teknik Meresensi BukuUntuk bisa membuat karya resensi, ada empat cara yang bisa kita gunakan, masing-masing mempunyai kekurangan dan kelebihannya;

THE FULL ADSENSE FORMULA,NO TRICKS
the Full Adsense Formula
Adsense is the best income generating program ever spawned! Why?
There is no product or service to promote. Only your domain. Webspace, an Adsense account, and highly targeted traffic is needed. Your success with adsense, you will soon learn, is as easy as driving s car or cooking a four course meal. The reality is Adsense Success and everything else has to be learned. When you learned how to drive a car it became simple and after a couple of months of driving everyday or so. It became second nature. Once you learn the Adsense formula and it's variables. The sky's the limit with Google Adsense
Learn The Adsense Craft.
You can't cheat your way to success or for some a healthy adsense income. Just like anything other skill in life, it has to be learned. Everything that everyone knows was learned from a teacher(I.E. Anyone), a book, an article(I.E. Newspapers, Magazines, and the Internet), or by word of mouth. You have to learn the adsense formula and all the adsense variables. I have a A.A.S in Computer Programming and Engineering. So believe me I know how to give low-level instructions. No one can tell YOU how to make YOUR site a success, only guide you in the right direction.
The Adsense Variables
TT(High CTR) + Content = Adsense Earnings
Content - try to have a 1000 words of keyphrase-rich content. High CTR - highly optimized placement of the adsense code. TT - Highly Targeted Traffic
Yes that's it. The "Adsense Formula" is just a basic math problem and as we all know any on can learn math. We're not near finished. These variables the make up the Adsense Formula is the key to your success. Why refer to them as variables, because these Adsense elements constantly change and YOU are in full control of them. Imagine a indoor plant and its variables. Sunlight, Soil PH, CO2, Fertilizer, and Water. You control every variable and if each one is highly optimized then you will have a healthy fast-growing plant. If you highly optimize each adsense variable then you will in turn receive a healthy fast growing adsense income. Now that we have an understanding let's evaluate this "Adsense Formula."
Adsense Content
Keywords are a bad idea! High paying or not. In fact don't choose high paying keywords, not because of the saturation of SEO experts, but because keywords are to broad. Adwords is ying and Adsense is yang. Broad keywords have low payouts and ctr. You want to target keyphrases, so your site only displays high paying adsense ads, not .15 adsense ads from some beginner with one of your terms in their adwords campaign. There is a lot of free content online, but it is best to use unique content for search engine purposes. To accomplish this hire a writer or choose niche subjects that you are familiar with, so that you can write your own articles and e-books. Don't base your site on money rather than your passion. Example. My passion is computers and networking.
Adsense CTR
Optimal adsense ad placement is the heart of high adsense ctr. There are four locations on a webpage the receives the most clicks.
1. Just above the fold. The fold is the end of the section of the page you can view without scrolling.
2. All along side the left column.
3. In your content, if very interesting and informative.
4. At the end of your content after a reader finishes.
Adsense ad format effects ctr greatly whether or not they are placed in the right spots. Squares receive the most clicks, beginning with the largest and so on. The ads should blend with your page. Only the link title should be a different color than the text and url. No borders unless red or yellow. They attract viewer's eyes. The link color should match your site's links, but blue and red work the best. Incredibly Increase your adsense ctr up to 400% by placing related images above or to the left of adsense ads.
Highly Targeted Traffic
Yes, there is a difference between targeted traffic and highly targeted traffic. Someone looking for an online business would be targeted traffic to this article, but someone looking for an adsense business would be a highly targeted visitor. Why high quality traffic? Your Ctr will be amazing and unbelievable because all of your traffic will be looking for YOUR site. Don't be surprised if you have certain days where 97% of your visitors clicked an adsense ad. How? Blogs, Articles, E-books, Rss Feeds, and most SERP(search engine results page) traffic. Never use traffic exchanges or links from other sites unless their content is similar to yours. In my experience TrafficSwarm is the only echange that will get you clicks without getting your adsense account terminated.

"I'm terrible writer":A non-writer's guide to improving your everyday writing
at the beginning of every semester I’ve ever taught college writing, at least one student in the class will issue the disclaimer, “I’m a terrible writer.” That student seems to think he or she is incorrigible, hopeless, a lost cause with the written word. The poor kid was probably just the victim of too much red ink from some past English teacher. Almost without fail, I find that that student has a lot of promise as a writer and needs only a little tweaking of his or her writing. Educated people will judge you by how you write, so polishing your writing is worth the effort. Improving your everyday writing requires time, determination, and a forgiving spirit, but anybody can do it.
1. Pay attention. Have you ever bought a car and then suddenly noticed how many other cars just like yours are out on the roads? Plainly stated, you notice what you pay attention to. Good writers pay attention to words, written and spoken. Tune in to the language “wavelength” and discover what you can learn.
2. Surround yourself with words well spoken. Pick out someone you admire whose speech you would like to emulate. Listen to talk radio or watch C-SPAN or other television shows that deal with ideas. But choose your language models carefully. The fact is that we write what we hear in our heads, and what we hear in our heads is what we surround ourselves with.
3. Read, read, read. The best writers are those who have read a lot. Reading almost any kind of prose can help you improve your writing. If you like sports, don’t limit yourself to the box scores: read the sports columnists. Read the editorial pages of major newspapers, or seek out not just the news but the feature articles, especially in Sunday papers. These writers are published not just because they have something to say, but because they say it well. Immerse yourself in good writing.
4. Pull your grammar book off that dusty shelf. If you threw away your last grammar book from school, go buy another one. If you have questions about the correct form of a sentence, use that book to research the problem and the answer. Grammar is not rocket science, so don’t be intimidated by it. As quirky as English can be, a lot of grammar is actually quite logical. You don’t have to memorize everything in the book: just use it when you need it. I’ve found that many writers have only one or two basic grammar issues that they’ve never had explained to them. Figure out what your misunderstandings are, and you’re halfway to their resolution. Ask a knowledgeable friend for help, if you want.
5. Use your dictionary regularly. Don’t depend on spell check. Spell check can be a safety net before you send out a piece of writing to your boss, but train your brain to become your spell checker. Make a list of words you regularly misspell (spell check can tell you what they are). If you hear a word you are unfamiliar with, look it up to see how it is spelled. Become curious about words. This is why a dictionary can be so important: you not only can learn the correct spelling of words, but you can learn how they are used in different contexts. You can even discover a word’s roots, which might help you make sense of its meanings and spelling. Spell check just isn’t enough.
6. Use your thesaurus sparingly. A thesaurus is a great tool for reminding you of words you already know how to use, but if you are unfamiliar with a word or have never heard or read it being used, don’t use it. There is no more obvious giveaway that a person doesn’t have a clue than a person regularly misusing big words. Write to express, not to impress.
7. Keep it simple. Unless you make your living as a novelist or poet, your main purpose in writing is probably to communicate an idea clearly and concisely so that others understand it. Before you send out a memo or letter, write what you mean to say in plain English, as if you were writing it to your best friend. Then read it as if you are the recipient of that memo or letter – did you leave something out that is necessary to understanding your point? Is there a sentence that doesn’t make sense? Reduce your sentences to their simplest possible form, and then add whatever details are necessary to make your meaning clear. This is not a license to be rude – etiquette, common courtesy, and protocol are necessary. But writing your idea for another person to understand doesn’t require unnecessary complexity or ten dollar words.
8. Use the active voice, not the passive voice. “John hit Paul” (active) is a stronger sentence than “Paul was hit by John.” Of course, it depends on whom you want to emphasize, the “hitter” or the “hittee”. Sometimes you may want to be intentionally vague: “Mistakes were made” (but you don’t want to state by whom, or maybe you don’t know). The passive voice is perfectly grammatical; just determine what your intention is and use the active voice whenever possible.
9. Use strong verbs, and its corollary, write in complete sentences. You can make your writing clear by focusing on the action in the sentence. One strong verb carries more punch than a long string of adverbs.
10. Make sure your pronoun references are clear. Will your reader be able to figure out which “she” you mean, Linda or Connie? What is “it” – a plan, an idea, a dog? The antecedent of the pronoun, the word that comes before to which the pronoun refers, needs to be obvious to avoid misunderstanding.
11. Be careful with punctuation. It has been said that punctuation marks are like traffic signals, indicating when you should stop or pause in your reading. Maybe. But more punctuation doesn’t necessarily make your writing any clearer. Here’s where your grammar book can come in handy. Remember that punctuation marks themselves don’t carry any meaning. If your words don’t already describe some strong feeling, an exclamation point isn’t going to help. Overusing exclamation points is unprofessional.
12. Forgive yourself and others. You are going to continue to make mistakes, and so will even the best writers around you. Publishing houses have copy editors for authors who make millions of dollars writing books, because everyone who writes occasionally makes mistakes. It’s just a matter of degree: are your mistakes constant or occasional? So if you write something that you or someone else notices is ungrammatical or misspelled or incomplete, correct it, get over it, but don’t give up on yourself.
You want your first impression to be a good one, whether it be how you look or how you write. Learning to improve your everyday writing is a long term proposition and one that requires work, but if it’s what you really want, it’s worth the time and the effort.
I KNOW I CAN,I KNOW I CAN
Im sure most of you remember the childrens book about The Little Train That Could. I have to admit that at my age, I dont remember the exact title or exactly how the story goes, but I dont recall the idea in the story. Basically, if you think you can, you can, but if you KNOW you can, you WILL. By setting a goal, having a burning I said BURNING desire to achieve that goal, and daily affirming that goal, there is no way you can fail. You must stay focused on your goal and remain commited to reaching it. Write your goals down on paper and place them where you can read them every day. Remember, we are staying focused here. Read them out loud to yourself. If you memorize them, read them anyway. Visualize your goals. Find pictures to represent your goals and put them up where you can see them every day. Cant find a picture Draw one! The more you commit yourself to a goal, the easier it is to discover the steps you need to take to reach it. Look at steps that fail as successful learning tools, stepping stones along your chosen path.
Take charge of your life NOW! Its the only one you have.

YOUR SUCCESS
Success starts in your mind. Positive Thinking creates the advantage.
Success comes with a good mood. Listen to your most preferred CD before an important meeting.
Success is increased with a little attention. Give others something maybe a nice gesture is enough.
Success comes when your body is healthy. Body and soul are inseparable.
Success comes with partnership. Show this others by thinking for them.
Success is also a question of your outlook. Do not leave it up to coincidence; instead plan carefully from head to toe.
Success is determinant with your security. Everyone wants to be on the side of the winner.
Success is ruled by your target. Set yourself realistic but always higher goals then demanded.
Success is a question of stamina. Stay in the court! Hang in there! Even when things seem to drift away
Success is based on systematic work. Without engagement no success.
Success is predetermined. Train over and over again all possible situations.
Success is a state of your mind. Check and if necessary change your old attitude towards others and situations.
Success is also the success of others. It is no secret how they are successful! Watch them and let them teach you.
Success is the opposite of failure. Delete the possibility of failure from your mind, since you are successful only.
